Shipping Policy – DP Foods
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
Delivery times vary based on location:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Unforeseen delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other external factors may affect delivery timelines.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are extra and calculated at checkout based on the weight and delivery location. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your order’s status.
5. Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery
Ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address. DP Foods is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, report it within 24 hours with clear photos/videos. We will assess and provide a resolution.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available.
