1. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any food products due to hygiene and safety concerns. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before confirming.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Wrong Product Delivered – If you receive an incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- Damaged Product – If your product arrives damaged, send us a clear photo within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess and provide a resolution.
3. Refund Process
If your claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Refunds are not applicable for taste preferences, change of mind, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
4. Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be canceled as we start processing them immediately. In rare cases, if an order is canceled before dispatch, a refund (excluding transaction fees) may be considered.
5. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local courier service before contacting us.
